Responsibilities
Collaborate with our creative team to translate fashion sketches into functional, wearable garments, ensuring high-quality construction and compliance with safety regulations
Lead fit sessions, analyze garment fit, and make necessary adjustments to patterns and construction to meet our fit and comfort standards
Evaluate garments for proper high-level construction, finishing, and workmanship
Communicate construction adjustments and/or pattern adjustments to factories overseas
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 5 years of experience in apparel technical design, preferably in children's apparel
Knowledge in Pattern Making a must
Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric types, and production processes
Must be able to measure accurately
Ability to make visual corrections creatively to communicate changes to vendors
Excellent communication and organizational skill
Preferred
Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree preferred
