Responsibilities

Forms review and approvals for state filings
Manage and analyze impacts of L&R’s
Develop, manage and have a strong understanding of rules at the state and countrywide level
Assist with maintaining a repository of history and knowledge for state correspondence and state nuances
Responsible for updating and maintaining contracts, rules and underwriting guidelines
Assist with compliance concerns
Competitor research
Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and implement necessary adjustments to ensure compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, milestones, and deliverables
Generate reports and analyses as needed to support regulatory submissions and internal decision-making processes
Hand calculations to verify rates or answer customer specific questions

Required

Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

Proficiency in Systems for Electronic Rates & Form Filing (SERFF) a plus
Power BI and basic SQL knowledge a plus
Bachelor's degree preferred
Prior experience in insurance, regulatory compliance, or state management preferred
