Responsibilities
Lead daily on-site operations from mobilization through closeout
Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and deliveries to maintain schedule and quality
Manage short-term lookahead schedules (2- and 4-week) and trade sequencing
Enforce safety, quality, and subcontractor performance standards
Conduct site inspections, manage punch lists, and drive closeout
Maintain daily reports, photos, and jobsite documentation
Coordinate RFIs, field issues, and constructability solutions
Serve as the primary on-site representative with inspectors and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
5+ years in Superintendent role
Multifamily, mixed-use, hotel or residential construction experience
Strong knowledge of sequencing, means, and methods
Ability to read drawings and manage multiple trades
Organized, decisive, and solutions-driven leadership style
Comfortable working directly with ownership
Preferred
Experience with 50-unit mixed-use apartment building construction
Experience with masonry, structural steel, bar joists, concrete-topped metal deck construction
