Director of Corporate Marketing
Sola Salons is the nation’s largest and fastest-growing salon studios franchise, providing premium salon spaces for beauty professionals. The Director of Corporate Marketing serves as a key marketing partner for all company-owned locations, ensuring that marketing initiatives drive growth and engagement across corporate stores.

Responsibilities
Act as the marketing partner for all corporate store initiatives, including testing, rollout, and performance tracking with a focus on growing corporate store occupancy
Own and manage the corporate marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns and locations
Lead the development and deployment of individual location campaigns in partnership with the agency and operations teams. Including but not limited to:
Support local events, education programs, and in-store activations that drive awareness and community engagement
Build awareness and lead generation from local partnerships
Manage local communication templates (retention and acquisition) to both build community and nurture leads
Work with the marketing team to ensure best-in-class digital marketing for all corporate locations. Including, but not limited to:
Oversee and optimize GBP listings for all corporate locations to ensure accurate, up-to-date information and strong local SEO performance
Manage organic social strategy and content for corporate locations to reflect the brand voice and engage the community
Build strong relationships with RDOs, AOMs, and internal marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution excellence
Design and launch referral programs that drive client acquisition and retention for corporate locations
Qualification
Required
5+ years of marketing experience preferred
Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across teams, markets, and departments
Excellent communication and project management skills
Strong understanding of local marketing, events, and community engagement
Experience managing budgets and working with agencies
Creative, adaptable, and comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution
