Responsibilities

Provide direct support to end users for shop floor control systems
Monitor system health and availability through daily checklists
Ensure Company customer and local subsystems remain operational
Handover pending activities or issues to the next shift and follow up on unresolved items
Escalate issues that cannot be resolved quickly or require intervention from other IT teams
Support rollout of applications and troubleshoot IT-related problems on the production floor

Required

Diploma in IT Engineering or related field
Minimum 1 year in the following areas:
Shop Floor Control (SFC) support
Power BI / RPA
Servers / IIS / Active Directory / Databases (Oracle / PostgreSQL)
Troubleshooting and application rollout
NIFI / Kafka Skills
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead and manage tasks effectively
Team collaboration and communication skills
