Responsibilities

8+ years of experience in enterprise business systems or solution architecture, primarily within SaaS environments

Proven experience designing and supporting Order-to-Cash processes and related system workflows

Hands-on architectural experience with Salesforce (Sales, Service, CPQ) and NetSuite ERP, including customization and extensibility

Strong experience with Boomi or comparable iPaaS platforms for enterprise system integration

Exposure to subscription billing platforms such as BillingPlatform, GTV, Zuora, or Chargebee, with an understanding of recurring revenue models

Advanced knowledge of data modeling, API design, and cross-system interoperability

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution

Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders

Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives within an Agile delivery model
