Responsibilities
Develop and execute test plans using Tosca for motor vehicle regulation systems, creating model-based testcases and data-driven scenarios to validate business requirements efficiently and adapt to changes
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders from a testing perspective; produce detailed defect reports (steps to reproduce, severity, impact, screenshots/logs) and verify fixes using Tosca for retesting
Perform regression and service pack acceptance testing to ensure system reliability
Uphold Georgia IT security and privacy standards, particularly for sensitive data
Manage test data, maintain comprehensive documentation, and train junior team members on Tosca best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
Three years or more experience with Tosca test automation
Proficient in system testing best practices and methodologies Required 3 Years
Strong aptitude for understanding software requirements to ensure comprehensive testing coverage Required 3 Years
Hands on experience with developing and executing test automation Required 3 Years
Proficient in developing, documenting, and organizing test cases and with reporting test execution results Required 3 Years
Proficient in analytical problem solving and critical thinking Required 3 Years
Preferred
Preferred certifications such as Tricentis Tosca Automation Specialist (AS) Level 1 or 2 a plus
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Highly desired 3 Years
