Responsibilities

Monitor incoming inquiries from various online portals and email streams
Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients
Conduct thorough phone interviews to gather specific facts and medical details needed to evaluate claims
Assist the legal team with case development, including requesting medical records, organizing file materials, and drafting initial correspondence
Maintain organized client lists and case timelines without relying on automated prompts

Required

Tech-Savviness: You must be highly proficient with web-based portals, digital document management, and general office software
Medical Knowledge/Interest: Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy, or healthcare systems is a major asset. You must be comfortable discussing medical procedures and injuries
Communication Skills: You must be able to write clearly and speak professionally. The ability to listen with empathy while controlling the direction of the call is critical
Aptitude & Organization: We value intelligence and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. You should be a problem solver who can manage your own workflow
Legal Experience: Prior experience in a law firm is a plus, but not required. We are more interested in your ability to understand complex information and manage details
