Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market landscape, industry trends, and customer needs
Work with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and goals
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to identify new opportunities and inform product decisions
Track and analyze relevant product metrics and make data-driven decisions to inform prioritization and continuous improvement
Define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize features based on business and customer impact
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to clarify requirements, ensure technical feasibility, and ensure efficient and timely delivery of high-quality products
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging
Perform product acceptance to ensure features align with the original vision and user intent
Validate that delivered features meet defined outcomes and business objectives
Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to internal teams, customers, and partners
Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in product management

Required

Degree in a relevant field or 2+ years Product Management experience
Demonstrated experience as a product manager, preferably in the technology industry
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of product development processes
Experience in defining and tracking product metrics to measure success
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive and self-driven individual with natural problem-solving skills
Experience and knowledge of the Justice Sector, specifically litigation (desirable)
