Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering and analysis for high-visibility initiatives in preclinical manufacturing
Serve as a trusted advisor to scientific teams, translating research workflows into scalable system requirements
Drive adoption and optimization of platforms like Jira, Lucidchart, and potentially Benchling across teams
Author detailed user stories, functional specs, and process documentation aligned with GxP and regulatory expectations
Mentor junior Client and act as the liaison between scientific users and technical implementation teams
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and technology alignment
Qualification
Required
7+ years of business analysis experience, with at least 5 years in a life sciences or pre-clinical manufacturing setting
Proven ability to lead large-scale initiatives involving scientific and IT stakeholders
Deep knowledge of requirements documentation, workflow analysis, and scientific business processes
Expertise with tools such as Jira, Lucidchart, and Confluence; Benchling experience highly preferred
Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
Preferred
Background in preclinical, biologics, or early-stage manufacturing environments
Experience supporting regulated environments or working with GxP-compliant systems
