Responsibilities
Driving data driven pricing analysis, sales forecasting, market research
Analyze and maintain pricing structures
Maximize sales and margins for current and aftermarket parts
Collaborate with all departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Production and Engineering) build cost models
Utilize industry standards and pricing strategies to set competitive prices
Lead pricing review meetings
Monitor financial performance of pricing
Maintain pricing models for aftermarket parts
Perform competitive analysis on parts – segmenting analysis by volume, price, competition
Conduct analysis vs other OEM parts
Establish profitability goals for parts
Manage price pages
Perform competitive analysis on all new models
Determine discounts for within appropriate guidelines
Implementing pricing tables and maintain product price database
Develop sales KPIs including dealer performance dashboards
Support sales forecasting and business planning
Conduct market research to support product planning
Qualification
Required
BS degree in business, Finance or related
3+ years driving data driven pricing analysis, sales forecasting, market research
Very strong analytical skills
Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
Preferred
Heavy construction equipment or automotive industry pricing experience preferred
