Manager, IT Business Transformation
SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union is seeking a Manager for IT Business Transformation to oversee the development, installation, and maintenance of systems and applications. The role involves improving business relationship management processes and ensuring alignment between IT and business units to enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities
Responsible for planning, directing and overseeing the overall development, installation and maintenance of systems, applications, and processes, as well as for establishing and implementing consistent documentation and process for business systems analysis and business relationship management
Develop and continuously improve the requirements gathering, analysis and documentation processes to ensure alignment with the organization and satisfies business unit and IT stakeholders
Develop and continuously improve the Business Relationship management processes to enable Business Relationship Managers to meet the objective of improving the ITS relationship with our business units in order to deliver excellent teammember and Member service
Develop and continuously improve business unit reporting that provides our partners a consistent, succinct and clear view of the value ITS is providing to the respective area
Interfaces with all levels of technical and non-technical individuals in user departments to propose solutions and enhancements to improve efficiency
Develops technology strategy required to support organizational key initiatives. Develops plans that support both the long-term and short-term business objectives
Defines and designs guidelines and implementation processes that govern organizational technology operations/infrastructure environment
Assist in vendor selection and implementation of third party vendor products
Realizes high uptime performance of all critical systems, with minimal degraded system effect and high quality of change
Directs the development and reporting of performance metrics, and direct actions to continuously improve managing the technical business
Remains knowledgeable of new and emerging technology by researching technical materials, attending seminars and training classes, and consulting with peers from other industries
Evaluates external advancements in the IT industry to improve teammember/Member satisfaction, reduce operating expenses, and maximize performance
Maintains project controls, which accurately reflect completed work against project plans, schedules and budgets, and ensure user/management involvement at appropriate milestones. Communicates with all stakeholders by providing status reports, which illustrate project progress against plans/budgets
Appropriately identifies, evaluates, and manages risk within area and implements risk mitigation strategies and activities as appropriate
Provides daily support to staff, including answering questions and problem resolution, communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards
Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures and analyzing variances
Contributes to organizational goals and priorities as a member of Management team. Establishes and implements plans that have short-term (1-2 year) impact on business results in alignment with organization objectives
Evaluates operating procedures and policies, ensuring the highest levels of Member service, productivity and internal control
Initiates, researches, coordinates and implements department or division projects intended to benefit Members, internal teammembers or department operations
Ensures compliance with state and federal laws as well as any other applicable regulations
Understands the credit union organizational goals and key performance indicators and takes the necessary actions to achieve desired results
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary and other employment related actions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience required
7-10 years of relevant years of experience
2-4 years previous management experience
Concise, insightful communication taking into consideration the needs of the audience and culture, building trusting relationships. Actively support knowledge sharing
Influence outcomes through superior listening, persuasion, effective communication, and negotiating skills to solve issues and concerns. Effective resolution of conflicts, managing priorities and business interest
