Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple data and analytics initiatives
Define program scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics
Manage program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Track progress and provide clear status reporting to senior leadership
Partner with data engineering, analytics, and architecture teams to understand technical dependencies and delivery risks
Translate complex data concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
Oversee initiatives related to data platforms, data migration, analytics, reporting, and governance
Ensure alignment with data quality, security, and compliance standards
Act as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams
Facilitate program governance forums, steering committee meetings, and executive readouts
Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
Communicate program updates clearly, concisely, and confidently to technical and non-technical audiences
Manage relationships with external vendors, system integrators, and consulting partners
Oversee vendor deliverables, SLAs, milestones, and contractual commitments
Coordinate vendor onboarding, performance reviews, and issue resolution
Ensure vendors align with internal standards, timelines, and quality expectations
Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependences
Proactively manage issues, escalations, and change requests
Ensure proper documentation and approval of scope, timeline, and budget changes
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in Program Management, Delivery Management, or Portfolio Management
Strong background working on data, analytics, or data platform programs
Demonstrated experience managing multiple stakeholders at various levels, including executives
Proven experience managing vendors and third-party partners
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Experience with data engineering, data warehousing, analytics, or BI platforms
Familiarity with data migration, data governance, and data quality initiatives
Experience working in Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery environments
PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or similar certification
Experience in regulated or enterprise-scale environments
