Responsibilities

Directs and coordinates activities of personnel engaged in warehouse, inventory control and distribution of materials, equipment, and supplies

Qualification

Warehouse management experienceMRP/ERP Software proficiencyBachelor’s degree in EngineeringCertified Professional in Supply ManagementCustomer service skillsCommunication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

High school diploma or GED
5 or more years warehouse or inventory control management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products and MRP/ERP Software with the ability to be trained in use of the Company-specific applications and software
Knowledge and understanding of technical construction specifications and materials purchased (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to define problems, assess options and make appropriate decisions
Ability and willingness to demonstrate ethical behavior and a high level of integrity
Good self management and organizational skills
Ability to manage staff with a servant leadership approach
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet strict deadlines promptly
Ability to take independent actions and calculated risks
Detail oriented to ensure accuracy and thoroughness
Ability to plan strategically, set targeted goals and implement steps to reach established goals
Professional demeanor
Good interpersonal skills
Good customer service skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Management is desired
Certified Professional in Supply Management designation desired
