Responsibilities

Manage inventory levels for all product lines to ensure in-stock and inventory levels are in line with targets / KPI’s
Ensure lead times are aligned to enable an optimal flow of inventory into the warehouse and production plan
Manage inventory planning for launches, promotions, and seasonal demand fluctuations in partnership with Sales and Planning ensuring inventory is accurately planned, supplied on time and in full, and fully compliant with inventory and logistics requirements
Oversee cycle counts, reconciliations, root cause analysis for variances, and inventory health (aging, expiry, obsolescence)
Manage daily operations across 3PLs, fulfillment centers, and distribution partners to ensure accurate, on-time, and in-full order delivery for DTC, retail, ecommerce and wholesale channels
Establish and monitor SLAs and KPIs (OTIF, order accuracy, fill rates, cycle times, cost per unit shipped)
Resolve fulfillment exceptions, chargebacks, shortages, and customer delivery issues
Manage inbound and outbound freight from contract manufacturers to warehouses and customers (domestic and international, if applicable)
Optimize transportation modes, carriers, and routing to balance cost, speed, and service levels
Oversee freight auditing, billing accuracy, and claims management
Develop a sales and operations planning process to accurately forecast inventory demand
Develop SOPs, dashboards, and reporting to drive visibility and accountability
Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost, improve service, and scale operations
Track and report key performance measures (KPIs), consolidate data, and present results
Work closely with vendor, suppliers, and warehouse foster relationship and be able to hold them accountable as needed
Partner with Sales, Customer Experience, Finance, and Planning teams to support forecasts, promotions, and customer requirements

Required

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management or related field
3-5 years retail or consumer goods experience
Demand planning skills
Proficient with spreadsheets, presentations, and general computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong organization skills
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage stress and handle deadlines, challenging situations and diverse personalities
Ability to have critical conversations with leaders and staff and hold them accountable to established goals and standards
Passionate, high-energy, visionary leader, capable of driving speed and discipline throughout the organization
Quality – demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality. Detail oriented and execution focused

Preferred

Effective oral and written communication skills in Ukrainian or Russian is a plus but not required
