The role involves building and managing development models, preparing investment memos, and monitoring financial performance of development projects.

Responsibilities

Build, manage and lead the development of our single-phase, multi-phase and complex fund level models utilizing both Microsoft Excel and Argus to evaluate prospective and existing development opportunities
Prepare Investment memos for individual development opportunities and PPM document and presentation materials required for development funds
Monitor financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of development projects
Other special projects as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
3-5 years of relevant professional experience in commercial real estate with financial analysis and modeling training in a real estate development, acquisitions / Investment management, capital markets or investment banking environment
Excellent real estate financial modeling skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Argus
Basic understanding of real estate, acquisitions, development and lease structures
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize
Strong problem-solving skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred

Coursework in Finance, Economics, and (Real Estate preferred)
3-5 years of relevant professional experience in commercial real estate (industrial preferred)
