They are seeking a Course Developer & Adjunct Professor to create and teach the Global Systems and Challenges course in the online Master of International Affairs program, focusing on the interconnected systems and power dynamics that shape global relations.

Responsibilities
Develop and teach the Global Systems and Challenges course in the online Master of International Affairs program
Explore the interconnected systems and power dynamics that shape global relations
Examine the roles of governments, international institutions, corporations, and civil society in addressing shared challenges such as conflict, climate change, global health, and economic development
Facilitate weekly virtual classroom meetings to reinforce coursework materials, apply academic concepts, and participate in focused discussions with faculty and colleagues
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in program field or related degree
3+ years of experience in university-level teaching
5+ years industry experience
Highly skilled in and/or highly attuned to adult learning best practices
Preferred
Terminal degree preferred
Demonstrated ability to deliver graduate-level, online course experiences that are valued by industry
Demonstrated commitment to inclusive excellence
Ability to integrate ethical concepts and broad understandings of diversity
