Responsibilities
Provide technical support to end‑users for hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, OS, and applications
Handle remote support using standard troubleshooting tools and methods
Manage user accounts, permissions, and basic Active Directory operations
Resolve issues related to Windows, Microsoft Office, email, VPN, and connectivity
Ensure timely ticket resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Assist with IT asset movement, device setup, and peripheral deployments
Maintain documentation, update knowledge base, and follow ITIL processes
Coordinate with escalation teams for complex incidents
Perform routine system checks, updates, and preventive maintenance
Qualification
Required
