Responsibilities

Support client assessments by gathering and analyzing data, documenting processes, and synthesizing insights to help define current‑state operations
Assist in developing recommendations and implementation plans to improve operational, quality, or regulatory outcomes
Create and maintain client deliverables, including analyses, presentations, process maps, and documentation
Participate in client meetings, interviews, and workshops, serving as a reliable team member on engagements
Communicate effectively with internal engagement teams and client stakeholders to support timely project delivery
Manage assigned workstreams or tasks, prioritizing responsibilities to meet project timelines
Support engagement leadership with proposal development, research, and internal initiatives as needed

Required

1+ years of professional consulting experience or relevant Life Sciences industry experience
Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills, with the ability to gather facts, analyze data, and support problem solving
Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and adapt to changing priorities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Client‑service mindset with the ability to build positive working relationships
Willingness and ability to travel 25%+, as needed

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, or a related field (biomedical, chemical, mechanical, industrial, etc.)
Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement concepts
Basic project management experience or certification coursework
Foundational knowledge of U.S. or global Life Sciences regulatory environments
Interest in long‑term growth within management consulting and Life Sciences advisory
