Responsibilities
Leads directly, or co-leads, complex and/or global digital and IT project tasks delivering business results which meet deadlines. Support a team of digital automation developers and analysts
Identify, analyze, and prioritize business processes suitable for automation and optimization
Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using industry-leading tools (e.g., UiPath, PowerApps, Alteryx)
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation workflows
Drive continuous improvement by monitoring automated processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing enhancements
Develop and maintain documentation related to automation projects, including process maps, design documents, and user guides
Establish best practices, standards, and governance frameworks for digital process automation
Coordinate with IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure automation solutions meet organizational policies and regulatory requirements
Provide training and knowledge sharing to business users and team members on automation tools and methodologies
Track automation KPIs and report on ROI and impact to senior management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related area (Or international equivalent)
5+ years related IT experience; automation or digital optimization preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
Strong interpersonal skills, relates well with all levels of the organization
Demonstrated leadership aptitude, learning agility, and adaptability
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively
Preferred
Certification in RPA platforms (UiPath Certified Professional, Advanced RPA Professional, etc.)
Experience with AI/ML integration in automation solutions
Knowledge of change management and agile project methodologies
Strong organizational and time management skills
