Responsibilities
Contribute to planning of reliability programs, projects, and improvement strategies aligned with site goals
Collaborate closely with site maintenance planners to define and monitor any new or modified strategies or tactics for their equipment
Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to ensure best practices in equipment care
Support improvement plans and follow up on global reliability standards
Monitor risks and support mitigation actions
Uphold safety standards and proactively participate in risk assessments, toolbox meetings, and continuous improvement activities
Qualification
Required
Degree or diploma in Reliability, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
1+ years of experience in equipment reliability, maintenance planning, or asset management in an industrial environment
Working knowledge of maintenance strategies, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), and data-driven performance tracking
Familiarity with failure mode analysis, ability to analyze data and apply basic statistical methods
Strong attention to detail, willingness to follow procedures, collaborate, ask questions, and continuously improve procedures
Preferred
Spanish language proficiency is considered an asset, supporting collaboration with mine sites across the Americas business unit, including the Latin America region
