Responsibilities
Review manufacturing processes and implement process improvements leveraging Lean manufacturing principles
Create standard work to document process
Participate in process improvement events (kaizen)
Work with Process Engineers on process automation and robotics
Qualification
Required
Proficient in MS Office tools
Some experience with using CAD systems
Basic understanding of Lean manufacturing
Currently enrolled in engineering or technology major
Must be local to Jasper, IN
Required to work onsite at the Jasper Corporate Headquarters and manufacturing locations
