Responsibilities
Inspect and perform preventive maintenance on the property’s facilities and equipment, ensuring consistent operation of heat, steam, electric power, gas, and air systems
Perform minor and routine maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing, electrical work, and general building upkeep
Inspect all property areas for safety concerns and take immediate corrective action as needed
Schedule repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment
Perform pool and spa maintenance
Assist guests with questions about property facilities in a friendly, informative, and helpful manner
Qualification
Required
Relevant building maintenance experience is required
Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities, able to work well as part of a team
Highly responsible & reliable
Previous experience with painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and pool/spa maintenance
