Account Executive – B2B Insurance Sales
PrincePerelson & Associates is a fast-growing, technology-driven insurance company that is redefining how small businesses protect their assets. The Account Executive will work directly with small and mid-sized business owners to secure better insurance coverage through an innovative digital platform, managing a pipeline and conducting high-volume outbound calls to convert leads into long-term clients.
Responsibilities
Own and manage a pipeline of small and local business clients across multiple industries
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to consult, educate, and close prospects
Develop expertise in Workers’ Compensation insurance products
Confidently overcome objections and maintain momentum through rejection
Consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
Track activity and performance metrics to drive results
Qualification
Required
2+ years of B2B closing experience, preferably selling to small or local businesses
Proven success in high-volume outbound sales environments
Minimum of two years of stable tenure in a prior sales role
Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets and activity metrics
Comfortable with short sales cycles and a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
