Learn through hands-on training
Job shadowing
Work on 2-5 projects as a part of your internship
Participate in networking events across Kirby Risk with other interns
Internship Kickoff with tours of our Indianapolis locations
Lunch & Learns with our Manufacturing locations in Lafayette
Lunch & Learn with our Lafayette Corporate, Electrical Supply, and executive team members
Service Day

Final Presentations
Qualification
Required
Pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to work on several projects
