Responsibilities

Vehicle localization and navigation
Sensor fusion using internal vehicle data and maps
Autonomous and off-road navigation systems
ML approaches for perception and localization (non-CV, non-LiDAR)
Integration with vehicle firmware and data streams
Mapping, GIS, and topographical data processing
Prototyping, testing, and iterating quickly

Qualification

Required

Strong C ++ experience (systems, embedded, or robotics)
Vehicle integration, robotics, or autonomous systems experience
Comfort working close to hardware and firmware

Ability to work with limited documentation and ambiguity

Preferred

Autonomous driving or wheeled robotics experience
ML background
GIS, mapping, or topographical data experience
Particle filters or probabilistic state estimation
Firmware, PCB, or reverse-engineering experience
Open-source contributor background
