Responsibilities
Managing general liability cases from initial investigation through resolution
Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and detailed client reports
Taking and defending depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
Collaborating with lead attorneys on litigation strategy, mediation, and trial prep
Communicating with clients and carriers while adhering to reporting and billing guidelines
Qualification
Required
Experience as an Attorney, focused on Insurance Defense or related civil litigation
active Arizona bar licensure
Civil Litigation experience, ideally with exposure to insurance defense
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage cases proactively and work closely with senior attorneys
Arizona bar membership
currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
Preferred
Familiarity with carrier reporting and billing guidelines
