Responsibilities

Support Director of Communication: Assist in managing heavy call volume outbound and inbound leads, setting up appointments, and ensuring seamless communication flow with potential customers as their first impression to Craftsmen
CRM Management: Utilize your keen eye for detail to handle data entry and maintenance in our CRM system, ensuring accurate lead tracking and management
Customer Communication: Engage with customers both inbound and outbound, providing exceptional service and support to enhance their experience with us
Lead Pipeline Development: Collaborate with the team to develop and nurture robust lead pipelines, leveraging CRM functionalities, phone calls, text messages, and emails effectively

Qualification

Google WorkplaceCRM ExpertiseCommunication Skills

Required

Proficiency in Google Workplace: Navigate through G Suite with ease to streamline tasks and communications
Strong Communication Skills: Your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, is crucial to excel in this role

Preferred

CRM Expertise Preferred: Experience with CRM systems is preferred, showcasing your ability to handle data efficiently
