Support both Mac and Windows users
Qualification
Required
Associates degree required
2+ years of experience in the retail industry
Solid understanding of IT fundamentals
Independently set up new machines, troubleshoot user issues
Experience supporting both Mac and PC environments
Basic knowledge of design apps like Adobe- being able to troubleshoot, not just a user
