The role involves driving Agile methodologies for complex integration projects, coaching development teams, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities
Own the Agile Cadence: Drive the execution of Scrum/Kanban methodologies for high-complexity HubSpot and Salesforce integration projects
Technical Translation: Collaborate with architects to translate complex business logic (Custom Objects, API limits, Bi-directional syncs) into clear, actionable developer user stories
Blocker Removal: Proactively identify and resolve technical impediments, specifically focusing on the dependencies between HubSpot and Salesforce architectures
Quality & Governance: Enforce rigorous "Definition of Done" standards, ensuring all deliverables are QAed, documented, and deployable before client release
Team Coaching: Coach the development team on estimation accuracy, velocity tracking, and continuous improvement (CI/CD) to optimize delivery throughput
Capacity Planning: Manage resource allocation across concurrent "complicated" operational tickets and large-scale project builds
Risk Management: Mitigate scope creep and manage client expectations regarding technical feasibility and timelines
Qualification
Required
Deep Technical Context: You aren't just a PM; you understand HubSpot / Salesforce Custom Objects, Operations Hub, and the Salesforce ecosystem well enough to challenge a developer's estimate
Agile Mastery: Proven experience applying Scrum and Kanban in a technical agency environment (SDLC)
Integration Experience: You have managed projects involving heavy data migration or bi-directional CRM syncs
