Responsibilities
Execute buy/sell orders across ETFs, mutual funds, and U.S. and global equities
Support model rebalancing for both in‑house and external portfolio managers
Monitor market activity and share relevant insights with the investment team
Enhance operational efficiency across the full trade lifecycle — from order generation to settlement
Collaborate with operations, compliance, client service, and IT teams
Prepare reports and contribute to special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
Strong ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and operate effectively in a dynamic environment
Preferred
2+ years of trading or related experience, especially with algorithmic and block trading
Knowledge of market structure, regulatory frameworks, TCA, commission budgeting, and settlement processes
Experience with Orion Eclipse, Microsoft Excel, OMS/EMS platforms, and broker‑sponsored trading algorithms
