Responsibilities
Build and maintain the gaiting file for Aesthetics Device, working with cross functional contacts to collect cost inputs and assumptions
Lead monthly and quarterly calls with finance and Dev Sci leaders to align on latest forecasts
Work with key stakeholders to develop a new reporting system and timeline for new Dev Sci function
Lead ad hoc analysis, projects and process improvements as needed
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience/education and/or certifications required
Strong excel
Comfort and ability to manage calls and business partners across all levels
Main responsibility is to track, forecast, and report R&D costs so leadership knows
Preferred
Previous pharma experience R&D for terminology
FP&A experience
