Responsibilities
Partner with copywriters, cross-functional team members, clients, and creators to develop and execute integrated campaigns across social, digital, branding, and experiential
Conceptualize and oversee the creation of visually cohesive assets, including videos, edits, creator contributions, photography, motion graphics, and design elements
Translate brand strategies into compelling visual narratives
Lead the visual creative process from ideation to final production, ensuring a high standard of quality and craft
Collaborate with Content Creators to bring concepts to life through storyboards, style frames, mockups, and directional edits
Maintain consistency in visual identity across all creative outputs
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure creative alignment
Present work confidently to clients, articulating the rationale behind visual and conceptual decisions
Contribute to new business pitches with innovative and visually compelling ideas
Stay ahead of cultural, design, and platform trends to inspire forward-thinking work
Experiment with new tools, techniques, and mediums to push creative boundaries
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as an Art Director, preferably in an agency setting
Proven track record of crafting integrated campaigns with a strong visual focus
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite; motion skills in After Effects or Premiere Pro are a plus
Exceptional design and art direction skills with a strong aesthetic sensibility
Ability to think big and bold while executing with precision and detail
Strong storytelling abilities and the capability to translate concepts into impactful visuals
Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to take on challenges of all sizes
Passionate about design, storytelling, and creating culturally relevant work
Highly motivated to contribute to a culture of excellence
Preferred
Experience in developing and presenting best-in-class social/digital creative
Ability to build internal and external relationships, earning trust, and developing ideas with legs
