Responsibilities
Ownership of PM Office budget as the Control Account Manager (CAM)
Management of both LOE and Discrete tasks (for directorate-level milestones conduct)
Directorate-level staffing/seating coordination and EVM analysis
Business rhythm management and conduct
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or technical discipline
Demonstrated ability to work with technical leads to manage cost, schedule, and technical scope
Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker; selects and applies appropriate systems thinking skills to solve very sophisticated problems and implement constructive change
Basic understanding of project management principles (Cost/Schedule/Technical)
Knowledge of program lifecycle and how early achievements may drive future costs
Experience using JIRA or Version 1 or similar tools for project planning and tracking
Experience throughout engineering lifecycle (system definition, design, build, test and operational deployment)
Missile or space segment design and test experience with one or more subsystems or fields outside of Systems Engineering
Experience in Business Rhythm creation and management experience
