Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction and leadership to the purchasing function within Building Automation
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of procurement projects and initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and achieve business objectives
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 8 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management roles
Strong technical expertise in procurement strategies and supplier management
Proven track record of successful project execution and delivery in a purchasing context
Experience with negotiation and contract management processes
Knowledge of industry trends and advancements in purchasing and supply chain management
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior purchasing or supply chain role
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Ability to drive results and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in procurement processes
