Responsibilities
Strong experience in SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) and SAP IS-U with a techno-functional background
Primary focus on Customer Service and Meter-to-Cash (M2C) business processes
Deep understanding of end-to-end M2C lifecycle: customer onboarding, metering, billing, invoicing, and collections
Hands-on experience integrating C4C with IS-U modules such as Billing, FICA, Device Management, and CRM
Experience in cross-module integrations with SAP S/4HANA, FI/CO, SD, and third-party systems via APIs/IDocs/Web Services
Ability to gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and provide functional and technical solutions
Support system configuration, enhancements, testing, and production support for customer service processes
