Responsibilities

Provide deskside support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and related peripherals in a hybrid enterprise environment
Support users across multiple sites, collaborating with Service Desk and IT teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely resolution
Administer Active Directory, Entra/Azure AD, Office 365, SharePoint, and Teams, including provisioning and account management
Document tickets, resolutions, and technical processes in ServiceNow, emphasizing clear communication and knowledge sharing
Contribute to IT projects, occasional office setups, and minimal travel to branch locations
Install network equipment, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and phone systems at remote job sites and permanent offices
Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects, share updates, and provide input on process improvements
Perform “root cause analysis” when the Service Desk escalates problems/tickets – ensure that process or configuration changes are communicated to the responsible parties
Inventory new equipment and software and perform periodic audits of deployed assets
Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians and new team members, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and support
Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance productivity

Required

5+ years of deskside and field support experience in a large enterprise environment
Strong technical skills with Microsoft Stack (Active Directory, Entra/Azure AD, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint)
Must have strong experience with Intune – computer and mobile device setup
Experience supporting multiple locations and hybrid environments, with proficiency in ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
A+ certification, technical degree, or equivalent; advanced credentials (CCNA, MCSA, MCP) preferred
Strong documentation, teamwork, and communication skills with proven stability in prior employment
Proven mastery of Windows operating systems, including Windows 10 and 11
