Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals
Provide technical expertise during customer meetings, product demos, and presentations
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, tools, and solutions
Manage and expand tool sales, including identifying opportunities, presenting tool capabilities, and supporting customer decision‑making
Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and product specifications
Manage existing accounts and develop new business opportunities
Collaborate with engineering, production, and operations teams to address customer requirements
Participate in product development by sharing customer feedback and market insights
Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and provide regular reporting to leadership
Maintain strong industry knowledge, including competitors, technologies, and market trends
Upholds Hyspeco Safety and Personnel Policies
Upholds ISO 9001:2015 requirements as defined in Hyspeco’s quality procedures / processes
