Responsibilities
Become an expert advisor and inspiration for customers
Get to know customers and their home improvement projects
Manage stock and set up displays to ensure the store looks great
Provide excellent customer service and support
Be trained in paint-mixing and cutting timber
Qualification
Required
Happy to help, eager to learn and just a little bit obsessed with home improvement
Friendly and outgoing
Great at working in a team
Flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays
Preferred
Experience in customer service or retail
Ability to manage stock and set up displays
Willingness to be trained in paint-mixing and cutting timber
