They are seeking a Processor Partnerships Manager to support the Processor Partnerships department by leveraging data analytics, project management, and strategic sourcing to foster relationships with processors and brand marketers, ultimately driving growth for California dairy.

Responsibilities
Lead data analytics and insights to support processors in making decisions to grow California dairy sales and volume with their customers (Retailers, Foodservice operators, International markets). Look for white space opportunities to drive innovation and fill new product gaps in dairy categories. Familiarity with Circana (IRI), and Technomics, Innova desired but not required
Manage/co-manage a team of auditors to ensure processors are maintaining California dairy supply year year-round. This includes managing the auditor’s schedule, cadence and routes to efficiently conduct the audits in California and the U.S. Monitor and approve travel schedules and elevate any issues or opportunities discovered during the audits
Manage and approve RCM (Real California Milk) seal products and materials in Sales Force, Destini, Circana, Box and related databases. Monitor for accuracy and consistency across platforms
Support the VP of, Processor Partnerships on Request for Proposal opportunities from retailers and foodservice operators seeking supply and ingredient solutions utilizing milk from California
Manage accuracy and up to date processor information (status, contacts, addresses, products, campaigns, opportunities) across CMAB systems
Maintain/manage spend (budgets) for the department
Execute and maintain Real California Milk Seal Agreements between CMAB and processors
Assist VP, Processor Partnerships in developing quarterly board pages and presentations. This entails creating reports, charts and powerpoint presentations summarizing department activities and initiatives
Maintain and optimize the new Processor Partnerships vendor portal (launching 2026) with the Senior Analyst of Processor Partnerships
Lead quarterly department. newsletter and host webinars for processor/brand marketer education
Lead cross-team collaboration for latest updates, new partners and emerging opportunities
Qualification
Required
Skills and experience in data analytics
Project management skills
Strategic sourcing experience
Ability to establish and build strong relations with processors and brand marketers
High degree of initiative and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external CMAB teams
Strong communication skills
Ability to lead data analytics and insights to support processors
Experience in managing/co-managing a team
Ability to manage and approve RCM seal products and materials in various databases
Ability to support VP of Processor Partnerships on Request for Proposal opportunities
Ability to manage accuracy and up to date processor information across CMAB systems
Ability to maintain/manage spend (budgets) for the department
