Revenue Cycle Systems Administrator

The Revenue Cycle Systems Administrator will oversee the development of revenue cycle systems and ensure effective support for franchise partners across the network.

Responsibilities

Assist with maintenance of revenue cycle-related functionality within CareTend and Waystar
Manage RCM-related Help Desk tickets
Develop controls and manage access to payer web portals
Oversee payer enrollments for ACH payments and electronic remit feeds
Oversee payer enrollments within Waystar
Specify users and user access levels for Waystar
Perform other related duties as assigned

Required

Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Highly effective communicator with superior listening, understanding, speaking, and writing skills

Must be able to communicate issues and offer suggestions to management for process improvement
Excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work remotely
Previous experience in the home infusion industry required

Preferred

Associate degree Preferred
CareTend, CPR+, or equivalent experience
