Aneka Interiors is a Denver-based interior design and FF&E procurement firm specializing in Senior Living, Active Adult, and Multi-Family communities nationwide. They are seeking a motivated part-time Procurement & Accounting Support to assist in purchasing, tracking, and financial coordination of FF&E projects.

Responsibilities

Support the design team with vendor pricing, estimating, and budget verification
Review FF&E data to ensure all information is complete, accurate, and properly formatted in procurement software
Assist the Procurement Manager with placing, tracking, and managing FF&E orders
Update warehouse status and receiving information as products arrive
Verify that purchase orders align with vendor quotes and order confirmations
Process vendor invoices and support basic accounting functions
Assist with coordinating FF&E installations when needed
Maintain and update vendor spreadsheets, pricing, and product information
Update vendor price lists and lead-time information as required
Provide general procurement and accounting support to ensure projects remain organized, accurate, and on schedule

Required

Extreme attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy
Experience with Fohlio or other FF&E procurement software
Excel knowledge and advanced spreadsheet skills
Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
General accounting knowledge and comfort working with invoices and reconciliations
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Outlook and calendar management
Clear and professional communication skills
Ability to work well within a collaborative, fast-paced team environment
Willingness to travel to project sites or installations if needed
A positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset
