Responsibilities
Analyze and assess Corporate and Franchise business performance
Develop and monitor Corporate and Franchise-facing KPIs
Partner with key functional leaders to deliver timely business insights
Provide ad hoc financial analysis and project support on business activities and company strategic initiatives
Support Financial Planning and Reporting cycles
Coordinate activities with other Finance and Accounting teams to develop and maintain central business intelligence reporting and insight generation capabilities
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Finance, or related field, supporting a fast-paced Operations organization, preferably in the QSR, Retail, or Hospitality industries
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Strong financial and/or accounting background with experience in business-facing roles; experience with PowerBI, SQL, and other analytics tools a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to successfully support fast-moving business partners and manage multiple competing priorities
