Required

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in the relevant state, or eligibility for admission

Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Experience with a variety of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Strong communication and client service skills
