Responsibilities

Create and maintain the program Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
Interact with Control Account Managers (CAMs)/Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads to develop intermediate schedules and incorporate them into the IMS
Participate in the development of proposals including the creation of interim schedules and providing advice for the creation of Basis of Estimate documents
Incorporate regular status and ETC updates in the IMS based on inputs from CAMs
Conduct thorough critical path and driving path analysis of the IMS
Assist, as needed, the Program Earned Value Analyst with regularly scheduled and unscheduled tasks
Provide required and requested schedule-related reports to Program Management including highlights of schedule-related issues affecting program execution and recommendations for mitigation
Support Program Reviews
Support ongoing compliance reviews and/or periodic process audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA and Joint Surveillance Process)
Ensure the proper implementation of EVMS through the use of standardized processes, tools, reports out on-going compliance reviews and/or periodic process audits (e.g. DCAA, DCMA and Joint Surveillance Process)
Ability to travel domestic less than 10%
Must be able to obtain DOD clearance

Required

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Must be able to obtain DOD clearance
Experience working with SAP and/or MRP software

Preferred

Solid interpersonal skills - ability to communicate and influence at all levels within an organization
Solid presentation skills - able to analyze, prepare, and deliver presentations to leadership
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with IPMDAR a plus
