Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s overall investment strategy and annual investment plans
Source, evaluate, and analyze potential investment opportunities through industry research, market analysis, and financial assessment
Lead and coordinate comprehensive due diligence efforts, including commercial, financial, and legal reviews
Structure transactions and participate in deal negotiations, supporting the execution and closing of investment agreements
Oversee post-investment management activities and maintain close relationships with portfolio company management teams
Monitor portfolio performance, conduct valuation analysis, assess risks, and support exit planning
Assist in managing and mentoring junior investment professionals to enhance overall team capabilities
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including investment banks, funds, legal advisors, and industry experts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
5–10 years of relevant experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, asset management, or corporate investments
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
Solid understanding of the full investment lifecycle, with demonstrated deal experience
Excellent commercial judgment, problem-solving ability, and negotiation skills
Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Preferred
Track record of successful exits
Industry focus in areas such as technology, healthcare, renewable energy, or consumer sectors
CFA, CPA, MBA, or other relevant professional certifications
