Participate in the formulation of the company's overall strategy and annual business plan
Develop the company's medium- and long-term operational strategy and annual operational plan
Translate the company's strategic goals into clear and actionable operational pathways
Build and continuously optimize the company's operational management system and core business processes
Promote process standardization, digitalization, and continuous improvement
Establish an operational model that supports scalable development
Establish a company-level operational performance management system (KPI/OKR)
Monitor operational efficiency, costs, quality, and risks through data analysis
Drive operational decision-making and resource allocation optimization based on data insights
Coordinate collaboration among business, sales, marketing, product, technology, and finance departments
Promote end-to-end business collaboration and resolve organizational-level operational issues
Ensure the efficient progress of strategic priorities and key projects
Responsible for the promotion and implementation of company-level key operational projects and strategic initiatives
Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and risks
Ensure that project results support the company's strategic goals
Establish operational risk identification and control mechanisms
Ensure operational compliance, business continuity, and service quality
Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence
Build and lead a high-performing operational management team
Cultivate a talent pipeline for operational management and execution
Create a results-oriented, collaborative, and efficient operational culture
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in operations management, business administration, engineering, or a related field
20+ years of experience in operations management, business management, or related fields
At least 16 years of experience in an operational leadership or senior management position
Experience in multi-business unit, cross-regional, or group-level operational management
Operational strategy and system development capabilities
Process optimization and execution management capabilities
Data-driven decision-making capabilities
Cross-functional coordination and organizational influence
Senior leadership and change management capabilities
Preferred
MBA, EMBA, or advanced management education
Experience in large-scale operations or organizational transformation
Experience in operational digitalization, ERP/operational system development
Experience in consulting firms or large enterprises
Experience in international or cross-cultural operational management is a plus
