Responsibilities
Daily shipping and receiving
Daily mail handling duties for incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Stocking of break-room, department printing areas and office supplies for use by Support Office personnel
Recycling pick-up
Handle requests from Support Office departments for office services requests
Complete other related duties as assigned by the Office Services Manager
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
Valid Driver's License
Strong work ethic to meet deadline driven objectives
Physical ability for lifting up to 50 pounds
Good organizational skills
Ability to work well in a team atmosphere
Keen attention to detail
Customer service oriented
The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job
