Responsibilities
Support the business analysis and planning function for the finance department
Develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and profitability
Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and drive operational excellence
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute financial plans and budgets
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
Play a critical role in the evolution of overall financial information program, including areas such as management reporting, data management, and related systems and processes
Prepare and provide information for presentations for C-Suite members and other executives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
5 years of finance experience
Strong financial planning and analysis skills
Accounting knowledge within the manufacturing industry
Experience developing forecasts and operating plans
Proficiency in Hyperion, Oracle and SAP-like systems
Ability to quickly identify subtle patterns among issues
Ability to establish and implement clear and efficient processes
Preferred
Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field and 2 years of finance experience
