Responsibilities
Unload trucks by hand or with the use of manual and/or electric pallet jacks or heavy equipment
Organize and tally received shipments
Assemble units with the appropriate parts
Operate and safely drive powered industrial trucks including driving test completion
Perform equipment safety checks
Accurately maintain legible records and scanning for inventory
Create pick lists to facilitate picking of inventory
Pick and deliver parts from warehouse locations to the production lines
Read, comprehend, and follow SOP instructions
Ensure and follow safety requirements and standards
Keep the work area clean and orderly
Perform all duties in a manner that follows, demonstrates, and promotes Company’s values
Report to work as scheduled, on time, and able to work entire work schedule
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience and proven ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
Preferred
Experience working in a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment
Prior experience safely operating warehouse equipment
Experience with receiving and inventory procedures
Kanban/Lean knowledge and experience
Hand scanner/computer system experience beneficial
Experience working with hand tools and measuring tools
Basic level experience with Microsoft Office programs (email) and other enterprise software
